Pastors Ryan & Tiffany Rose

Rev. Ryan and Tiffany Rose serve as the Associate Pastors at Evangel Temple in Fort Smith, Arkansas. At Evangel Temple they oversee 101 ministries, 35 Sunday School classes as well as the staff and a number of volunteer leaders. Their passions are to see the lost come to Christ, to equip leaders and volunteers to achieve all that they can for the Kingdom and assist their Sr. Pastor Don Hutchings in any and all ways to help Evangel Temple continue to shine as a light in the darkness of this world. Prior to their time at Evangel Temple, Ryan and Tiffany served as the Associate & Youth Pastors at Calvary Assembly of God in Fort Smith, AR. Ryan assisted in overseeing numerous ministries of the church, helping build the staff and supporting Senior Pastor Clint Trentham in all facets of ministry as well as overseeing the Youth Ministry.

Ryan has been serving in ministry since 2004 and brings unique perspectives to the table ranging from his studies in Interpersonal Communication, Counseling, Leadership, Broadcasting, Discipleship, Youth Ministry, Young Adult Ministry, Men's Ministries and many others. Ryan and Tiffany also own their own small car dealership in Fort Smith, Rose Auto Sales. Ryan also has found joy in educating young adults and teenagers in the ways of broadcasting and information technology having served as and Adjunct Instructor and Technical Advisor at the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, AR and as the Director of Development and a High School Teacher at Union Christian Academy in Fort Smith, AR

Before serving at Calvary, Ryan and Tiffany became the first Media Pastors at Butterfield in January 2008 and after 5 years in that role Ryan became the first Discipleship Pastor at Butterfield in 2013. Pastor Ryan coordinated all of Butterfield's Discipleship Ministry, the Men's Retreats, Foundations Discipleship Class for new believers, and the Men's Basketball Ministry. Pastor Ryan is a Licensed Minister with the Assemblies of God. 


Additionally, their ministry at Butterfield consisted of working with a volunteer staff to film services each week, creating and updating church Web sites, DVD and CD ministry to shut-ins, filming and editing videos for various mission trips and ministry departments of the church, and direct oversight for all church social and new media. 

The couple graduated with honors from the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas in May 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Pastor Ryan and Tiffany met the first night of college on August 15th, 2003 and were married June 11, 2005.  Before coming to Butterfield, they worked closely together at a Christian broadcasting ministry. The couple welcomed their first child, Kaden Alexander, a boy into their family on October 13, 2010, then welcomed their second child, Addison Kay, a girl on July 16, 2013 and their third child and second daughter, Juliana Grace Rose on December 28, 2017.

Ryan was born in Missouri City, Texas, just outside of Houston, and grew up in Port Aransas, a small fishing village off the south coast of Texas.  While in college, Pastor Ryan served in multiple leadership roles on campus as the Assistant to the University Director of Broadcasting, a producer, anchor, reporter and editor for Channel 6 News — the campus/community television station. He also hosted his own weekly television program, "The Executive Branch", he had his own morning Christian radio program, "First Cup," and was the play-by-play broadcaster for all Channel 6 sports productions.  Pastor Ryan also was elected onto the University of the Ozarks Alumni Board of Directors in 2008 and recently completed serving a 2-year term as President. In April of 2013 he was honored to receive the Young Alumni Service Award from the University of the Ozarks. Pastor Ryan loves spending time with his wife Tiffany and their two kids Kaden and Addison, he is an avid fan of fantasy basketball, the Houston Rockets, camping and Reading.
