Wisdom is a process, and one that shouldn’t stop. I’m thankful for friends and leaders possessing compassion and wisdom. God will send us wisdom in more ways than we can anticipate when we ask. We need to pursue God when seeking wisdom, James 1:5 tells us that if you ask for wisdom, God will give it generously without finding fault: “If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.” God may drop wisdom right inside of you, or allow you to gain it through experiences and still yet, he may surround you with wise counselors to encourage you and advise you from their experiences. When you need wisdom, chase after God and he will bring it to you.
